Hot Springs Day Trip Adventure - NEW Location!
Ages 12-14. This is a full day trip with a beautiful winter drive to the hot springs, a soak in the different pools that Kirkham has to offer, lunch, and a beautiful drive back to Boise.

Astronomy Campout
Ages 12-14. Where else is better to gaze at the stars than on top of the slice of Idaho that is covered in darkness? This Southern Idaho camping trip will be full of day hikes, exploration, and star gazing galore at Craters of the Moon National Monument. This is a car camping and day hike format. This trip is great for all abilities and experiences levels.

Rock Climbing Series
Ages 15-18. This is one of our final adventures for the 2024 Summer season! We are very excited to be partnering with Idaho Mountain Guides once again for a weekend adventure full of climbing. No experience or equipment necessary. Wild Hearts will also provide lunch and snacks along with leadership, and all group and safety gear for climbing will be provided by IMG.

Leadership Summit Camping Trip
Ages 15-18. Join us for our first leadership summit camping weekend. This adventure will focus on leadership development and discovering each person's leadership style. This trip will not be without adventure though - we will explore the area around the campsite and get to know Idaho's outdoors all while building leadership skills.

Identifying Idaho Adventure Series
Ages 12-18. This is a NEW three-part series with Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge to look at native plants, animals, and places in Idaho! This series involves 1 day trip a month for three months in a row (July 27th, August 24th, September 7th). These adventures will let all participants see how Deer Flat and the things that live there change with the season. We are so excited for this Environmental Education series.

Bird Hike
Ages 12-14. Let's go see some birds in one of Boise's best Urban landscapes - Katherine Albertson Park. This is a half day adventure (9am to 12pm). The trip will start and end at Katherine Albertsons Park off of Americana Blvd in Downtown Boise.

High School Grassy Mountain Lake Backpack
Ages 15-18. Thank you for your interest in joining the WHI McCall Backpacking Trip to Grassy Mountain Lakes! This will involve a hike in to sleep at Grassy Mountain lakes area then a day hike to coffee cup lake and then a hike out on Sunday. The views will be endless.

Middle School Blue Lake Backpacking
Ages 12-14. Blue Lake is a 360 degree view of beautiful Idaho mountains, forest, and rock outcroppings surrounding a picturesque mountain lake. The hike is a relaxing distance and there are hot springs for soaking near by! This adventure will feed any wild heart; it is not one to miss!

Salmon River Rafting with WSE
Ages 15-18. Join us for this very popular multi-day whitewater rafting trip on the Lower Main section of the Salmon River. The Salmon River is Idaho's most iconic river. It is the longest free flowing river in the lower 48 states and has a wealth of Native American and early mining history. The river is also a part of the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness, winding it's way through some o f the most remote wilderness area in all of Idaho. We are excited to be partnering with Wild Science Explorers (WSE) for this adventure!

Goat Hike
Ages 15-18. Our favorite furry friends are back by popular demand! This Idaho City centric hike will be a fabulous way to kick off the warmer days of summer. Cabarton Rafting
Ages 12-14. We will hit the waves and work together as the best paddle crew in town as we raft down the North Fork of the Payette. This beautiful Cabarton stretch of the Payette River is a true Idaho Gem! We can't wait to go whitewater rafting with you to kick off our June trips. Table Rock Trail Hike
Ages 12-18. This is our fourth and final adventure of the May Adventure Series with Wild Hearts Idaho. Ages 12 to 18 are welcome. If you haven't tackled this famous Boise hike - you have to join us and check it off your bucket list! If you have already explored Table Rock before we would love for you to join us again and share your experience with a new friend! Camel's Back Park - Discovering Boise's Backyard
Ages 12-18. Adventure #3 of the May Adventures with Wild Hearts Idaho will take place at Camel's Back Park. If you joined us for our first park adventure - don't worry this one will bring different activities, so feel free to come adventure with us again! All ages 12-18 are welcome. If you are interested in nature, observing, art, or games this is the adventure for you! There will be a great mix of activities for everyone - let's explore Boise's Backyard together.

Camel's Back Park - Overcoming Obstacles
