Adventure Mentor Application
Become a vital part of empowering young women in the outdoors by joining Wild Hearts Idaho as an Adventure Mentor! This volunteer role is perfect for anyone passionate about leadership, mentorship, and outdoor adventure. Adventure Mentors help guide youth through unforgettable day and weekend trips—supporting activities, building confidence, and creating positive experiences in nature. With training provided, a supportive team, and meaningful opportunities to make an impact, this position is ideal for those who love working with youth, enjoy outdoor recreation, and want to strengthen Idaho’s next generation of young women leaders.
Please Note: We consider applications on a continual basis, however, we typically interview & hire for our Summer Season Mid-March! If we need to add additional Mentors to our team for the Winter Season, we look to hire again Mid-October.
