Wild Retreat: Renewal
An intentional escape into the Idaho mountains for women who are ready to slow down, breathe deep, and reconnect.
Nestled along the Payette River at a private lodge, this all-women retreat blends intentional rest with hands-on outdoor skill-building — because the best version of renewal is one where you leave feeling both restored and more capable than when you arrived.
We'll gather for a dutch oven cooking experience, soak in natural hot springs, move through yoga and guided reflection with experienced facilitators, and explore the Idaho wilderness through placed based education initiatives like plant identification, fire starting, orienteering, and a hike through some of the most beautiful terrain in the state.
Every activity is designed to deepen your relationship with the outdoors and with the women around you. And every registration directly supports Wild Hearts Idaho's mission — keeping outdoor adventure free and accessible for girls across Idaho.

Retreat Kick-Off Logistics & Communications: Expect a Kick-Off Email with all trip logistics about 2 weeks prior to the departure date of the retreat.
This email will include the packing list, departure & return information, and any other considerations WHI want’s our participants to know.
Virtual Pre-Trip Meeting:WHI will be hosting a virtual Pre-Trip Meeting before departure. This meeting will be held on September 24th at 6 PM.
A Google Meets link will be shared in the Retreat Kick-Off Email.
Transportation, Group Gear, & Meals:
Transportation will be provided for by Wild Hearts in our Adventure Van for the first 10 to register! WHI will also provide all necessary Group Gear and Meals Friday - Sunday.

Trip Deposit & Donations
The base deposit to join WHI on this retreat is $700.
A contribution of $1,400 will provide a similar transformative opportunity for a teen girl in our continuous leadership programming. Any amount paid above the $700 participant cost is considered a charitable donation to Wild Hearts and is tax-deductible.

Trip price includes: Shared South Fork Lodging, Meals, Transportation for First 10, Guide Services, Fees & Taxes. It does not include specialty beverages (alcohol) or gratuities.
Private rooms will be available at an additional cost. After paying the WHI trip deposit, please reach out at programs@wildheartsidaho.org if interested.
Cancelation Policy
Due to the limited space available on our Renewal Retreat, any cancelations made after 90 days prior to the retreat will not be eligible for a refund unless the spot is filled and paid for by another participant.
WHI STRONGLY RECOMMENDS TRIP INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT.
