Girls Ages 13-18. Let's go... Climb a rock!
This is our first adventure of the Summer 2023. This rock climbing skills progression series will start with climbing and belaying basics at Vertical View climbing gym. Everyone's skills will then transfer outdoors for two days of climbing at a local crag with Idaho Mountain Guides. No experience or equipment necessary. Wild Hearts will also provide lunch and snacks along with transportation to and from the outdoor climbing location.
The format for this trip is one indoor session at Vertical View from 6pm to 8pm on May 19th with a 1 hour belay class and free climbing afterwards.
The two outdoor climbing sessions will be May 20th and 21st from 9am to 1pm
Each girl will need to attend the belay climbing class at Vertical View on May 19th to complete this adventure. This is a great way to get into a new sport, refresh skills previously learned, and make a few awesome new friends.
The adventure will meet at Vertical View on May 19th at 5:45pm to check in and get climbing gear organized for the belay class. The meeting location for May 20th and 21st is the WHI gear garage at 512 N 13th Street in Boise (83702).
